Important information ​regarding Swell Therapy and COVID-19 coronavirus

Dear Clients of Swell Therapy,

Although the presence of the coronavirus created a wave of great uncertainty and distress, there is also a coming together as a collective for the greater good. Swell Therapy is striving to be part of the solution.

Therefore, Swell Therapy is closing its physical space for the coming weeks. It is not completely "closed" but simply shifting the work to virtual spaces. Tips & tricks on how to manage pain and stay healthy will be posted both in this notes section and on Swell Therapy facebook page.

Also, remember that gift cards are always available for future treatment. We will get through this and every body will need a good massage! Selena is available during business hours via email for questions about appointments and treatments. Also if you are looking for support during these unsettled times unfolding before us.

Swell Therapy is not going anywhere. Selena is at home with her family, just like you, trying to understand what is happening and act accordingly. Please remember that regardless of your own fears about getting sick, social distancing is an act of love and solidarity for your community. Thus it is essential we all respect the strict measures put in place.

Practical Matters:

• No in-person appointments until at least April 13th, 2020

• Gift certificates are always available. Can be delivered by mail, email or picked up at the clinic.

Advice During this Time:

• Respect social distancing, avoiding being many people in one car and face-to-face contact (closer than 1 meter) as much as possible

• Limit travel as much as possible

• Unless you are sick enough to go to the doctor, do not be concerned with getting tested until testing is widely available

• Remember that we are taking these actions for the good of our community and to protect those who are most vulnerable
